I ordered, the wrong item. Can I correct my order?
We send out all the orders that we receive 4 hours after receiving them, If you’ve ordered the wrong item, please contact customer service at jewelrycik@gmail.com.
We will attempt to modify it provided that you contact us within 4 hours after making your order. After 4 hours, we unfortunately cannot change the order.
2. I just realized that I entered the wrong shipping address, what can I do?
If you’ve entered the wrong shipping address, please contact customer service at jewelrycik@gmail.com.
We will attempt to modify the shipping address provided that you contact us within 4 hours after making your order. After 4 hours, we cannot change the shipping address, because our suppliers have already processed your order
3. I ordered something, and I don’t want it anymore, what can I do?
If you wish to cancel your order, we can cancel it, provided, that you send your cancellation request within 4 hours after making your order. We will refund your money.
In the unfortunate event that you send your cancellation request more than 4 hours after completing your order, we unfortunately cannot cancel your order, as we've already sent an order to manufacture to our suppliers.
4. Why do your orders take longer to ship?
Our accessories aren’t mass made, they are all made-to-order. We manufacture every order that we receive as we receive it, production takes us 2-7 business days.
This means that we don’t hold any inventory, which in-turn allows us to price our accessories lower, as we don’t have to pay for the upkeep of warehouses or storage facilities.
