RETURNS
Please ensure that you double check the size and design of the item that you’re ordering, since the majority of the items on our store are made-to-order, we don’t accept returns.
If you do receive an incorrect order from us and we are at fault, please contact customer support at jewelrycik@gmail.com. We will request a photo of your order and verify the order.
If the verification process concludes that we are at fault, you are welcome to keep the order and we’ll send you your correct order for free.
REFUNDS
Our suppliers, are skilled craftspeople who verify and quality check all our orders before shipping, but if your order is damaged and you request a refund.
Please contact costumer service at jewelrycik@gmail.com and send us a picture of the damaged item, please note, however, that it is the responsibility of the buyer to prove that they have not damaged the order.
We do not offer any refunds on shipped orders, we will, however, allow you to pick an item of your choice that is of a similar value as a replacement for the current order. You will, however, have to pay for shipping.
